I need advice
How do you choose a good customer support service and outsourcing company that provides these services? I found many different offers on the Internet, some have too high prices, other companies don't have reviews on the Internet or they have dissatisfied customers. How not to make the wrong choice, because it's so important for me and my business? The customer support service in my business needs to be professional and I need to make sure their operators respond quickly to customer tickets. I'm still inclined to choose this outsourcing company . They have the best conditions and I read good reviews about them on various Internet portals. Should this be enough to conclude a contract or do I need to somehow check this company?
