How do you choose a good customer support service and outsourcing company that provides these services? I found many different offers on the Internet, some have too high prices, other companies don't have reviews on the Internet or they have dissatisfied customers. How not to make the wrong choice, because it's so important for me and my business? The customer support service in my business needs to be professional and I need to make sure their operators respond quickly to customer tickets.
